WHO SHOULD EXHIBIT


Exhibitors interested in reaching individuals and organizations engaged in the prevention and treatment of HIV, STD and co-occurring conditions such as Hepatitis and Tuberculosis.  Exhibits are open to federal and state agencies, public and private corporations or foundations as well as national or community based organizations and other service based organizations.

EXHIBIT FEES

For-profit organizations: $2,500 per exhibit

Non-profit organizations: $300 per exhibit

Government Agency: Free

 

REFUNDS

Send refund requests to txpha@aol.com by October 5, 2012. Refund requests received prior to this date will be returned less a $100 processing fee. The Texas Public Health Association will not refund exhibit registration fees for any reason after October 5, 2012.

 

EXHIBIT SET-UP

Sunday, October 28, 2012, 8:00 a.m. to 12 noon

Exhibits must be installed and ready for display by 12 noon for the opening plenary session.

 

EXHIBIT HOURS

Sunday, October 28, 2012, 12 noon to 5:00 p.m.

Monday, October 29, 2012, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Tuesday, October 30, 2012, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

 

EXHIBIT SHUT-DOWN

Tuesday, October 30, 2012, 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Exhibits must be dismantled no earlier than 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. All exhibit materials must be removed by 7:00 p.m.

 

EXHIBIT SPACE ASSIGNMENTS

Conference staff will assign exhibit space on a first-come, first-served basis, after registration and payment is received.

CONFIRMATION

Each paid exhibitor will receive an e-mail confirmation prior to the conference. Please provide an e-mail address on the registration form to receive exhibitor updates from conference staff.
