Hotel Room Rates
Reservations will be made by individuals calling toll free 800-HILTONS. Individuals must identify themselves as being with Texas Public Health Association at the time the reservation is made in order to receive the special group rate. You may also click here to book your reservation.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card or one night’s room and tax. Hotel will not hold any reservations beyond ten days, unless secured by one of these methods. Cancellation must be made 72 hours prior to arrival, or one night’s room and tax will be charged to the credit card or deposit will be retained.
*Attendees that do not cancel reservations 24 hours in advance will be charged for their full stay.

Currently Valet parking rate is $15.00 for Event Only and $26.00 for Overnight guests, $35.00 Oversize Vehicle charge plus tax per day, for Valet. Parking is on a space available basis only. (Parking & Valet are Rates subject to change without notice). In the event valet parking becomes unavailable due to filling to capacity, guests will be directed to alternate parking options.

All cancellations must be made in writing before February 15th. All cancellations are subject to a $50 administrative fee. Once cancellation correspondence has been received, participants will receive a cancellation notice. If payment has been processed for the registration, a refund will be issued less the $50 administrative fee. If payment has not been received, accounting will send an updated invoice for the $50 administrative fee. Texas Public Health Association (TPHA) reserves the right to retain or collect conference fees in full for those who fail to cancel prior to February 15, 2017, or for those who fail to attend.
