The target audience includes physicians, nurses, health educators, academicians, registered sanitarians/environmental health professionals, nutritionists/dietitians, social workers, community mental health professionals and others working in public health and related fields.
Member registration fee is $265 (pay before February 4th for a $25 discount-use code PAYNOW at checkout)
Students and Retiree Members fee is $225 (pay before February 4th for a $25 discount-use code PAYNOW at checkout)
Non-Member registration fee is $330 (pay before February 4th for a $25 discount-use code PAYNOW at checkout)
Registration is non-refundable after February 4th
Hotel Room Rates
TPHA has reserved a limited number of sleeping rooms at the Hilton Hotel (adjacent to the Convention Center). You may call the hotel directly at 1-254-754-8484 or Hilton Reservations at 1-866-318-1509. You MUST identify yourself as being with Texas Public Health Association at the time the reservation is made in order to receive the special group rate. Any changes to your reservations must be made before 48 hours prior to arrival. All rooms held after 4:00 p.m. day of arrival (no show reservations) will be billed to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation. Advance deposits will not be refunded for "no show" reservations. With appropriate guarantee hotel will hold the reservation throughout the arrival day; however, in the event that guests do not arrive on their scheduled arrival date, their entire reservation will be released.
The negotiated room rate is $139 King; $149 Queen/Queen
