Registration cancellations will be accepted until Friday, December 4, 2026 at 5:00 PM

If you are not able to attend we encourage you send a substitute. Substitutions are accepted until December 4th for printed registration badge. Substitutions after December 4th will receive a hand written badge.

Refunds will be subject to a $75 admin fee and will only be considered with written request for medical or family emergency.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED AFTER THE EVENT START DATE OF DECEMBER 10th.

Photography Disclosure: By submitting a registration form, you are consenting to your picture being taken during the Vital Statistics Conference and used for marketing promotional purposes.

Registration Policy: Registration fees must be received no later than December 9th. This includes all registrations reserved using purchase orders. It is the responsibility of the registrant to pay registration fees or to follow up with your accounting office to ensure timely payment.
